What is
Slopes and Trails about?
Slopes
and Trails is a group for Rogue Valley area singles and is centered
on a mutual interest in group activities. The activities
are both indoor and outdoor and depend upon the season and member's
interests.
Most
activities are member sponsored, meaning that if a member
enjoys a specific activity that member will make the arrangements
and put it on the events calendar for others to participate. This
gives a range of activities as diverse as the club's membership.
The
club is governed by a volunteer, elected board of directors which
meets once each month to plan activities and events. All members
are invited to attend the board of directors meetings.

Who are
the Club Members?
We
have members from Merlin to Ashland to Klamath Falls. A few are
retired, the rest are employed in various occupations or are business
owners. The membership is usually around 200 but varies a bit each
month. The age range in the club is as diverse as the membership,
ranging from the forties to late sixties.
TGIF is an excellent way to informally meet group members and
find out more about the club. It also serves as a place to pick
up flyers for upcoming events. Membership is inexpensive, only $40/year
dues. Once a member, you will receive a monthly newsletter which
details club activities. The very best way to meet new friends
is to participate in the activities and/or sponsor an activity.
